Gmail

At times, Gmail mistakenly sends emails you want to the Spam folder.

If you do not readily find an email from FOMO Finance, please check your Gmail Spam folder. To make sure you keep receiving the emails you asked for, create a filter:

1. If you find an email from FOMO Finance in Gmail spam, open it.
2. Click the three dots button on the top right to reveal your choices.
3. Click Filter messages like these.

Click Create filter, then check these options:

Click Create filter to finish. This tells Gmail you always want to see FOMO Finance in your Primary inbox.

Gmail Tabs

If Gmail sorts our email into Promotions or another tab…

Simply drag the email from FOMO Finance from the Promotions (or other) tab into your Primary tab. When prompted, choose Yes to do this for all future messages from fomo-finance.beehiiv.com.

iPhone Mail App

iPhone Mail can occasionally move good email to the Junk folder by mistake.

To indicate that an email from FOMO Finance isn’t junk:

1. Open your Mail app and go to the Mailboxes screen.
2. Select the Junk folder.
3. Find the email from FOMO Finance and slide it left to see options.
4. Tap More, then tap Mark.
5. Tap Mark as Not Junk.

The message moves to your Inbox, and future emails from FOMO Finance will no longer be marked as junk.

Yahoo! Mail

If you do not see an email from FOMO Finance in your Inbox…

Check your Spam folder. If an email from FOMO Finance is there, open it and click the Not Spam button on the toolbar.

To ensure delivery, create a filter:

1. Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right navigation bar.
2. Choose More Settings, then Filters.
3. Click Add new filters.
4. Give the filter a name such as Whitelist.
5. In the From field, leave contains selected and enter fomo-finance.beehiiv.com.
6. Set the destination folder to Inbox.
7. Click Save.

Outlook Mobile App

Outlook’s mobile app uses a “Focused Inbox” for your important email.

Open the email from FOMO Finance in the Outlook app on Android, Windows, or iPhone, then:

1. Tap the three dots menu in the top right.
2. Tap Move to Focused Inbox.
3. Select Move this and all future messages, then tap Move.

All future messages from FOMO Finance will now appear in your Focused inbox.

Outlook (2016, 2019 & Office 365 Desktop)

To ensure you continue to receive important emails:

Add FOMO Finance to your “Safe senders” list:

1. Right-click our email in your Inbox message list.
2. On the menu, hover over Junk.
3. Click Never block sender.

You can also add fomo-finance.beehiiv.com directly under Junk Email Options → Safe Senders → Add.

Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live

Add fomo-finance.beehiiv.com to your safe senders:

1. Click the Settings gear, then View all Outlook settings.
2. Go to Mail → Junk email.
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
4. Enter fomo-finance.beehiiv.com and click Save.

AOL Web Mail

Add us to your AOL contacts:

1. Open an email from FOMO Finance.
2. Click the sender name or Add Contact.
3. Save fomo-finance.beehiiv.com to your Address Book.

If our email landed in Spam, open it and click Not Spam.

Comcast / Xfinity

1. Click Address Book in Xfinity Connect.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Add fomo-finance.beehiiv.com and save.

Comcast delivers email from addresses in your contacts straight to your inbox.

AT&T / Currently.com

1. Open Settings, then Filters (or Safe Sender list).
2. Add fomo-finance.beehiiv.com to your approved/safe senders.
3. If found in Spam, open the message and mark it Not Spam.

Mozilla Thunderbird

1. If our email is in Junk, click the message, then click Not Junk.
2. Open Address Book and click New Contact.
3. Add fomo-finance.beehiiv.com and save.
4. Under Tools → Account Settings → Junk Settings, ensure your Address Book is trusted.

Norton AntiSpam

1. Open Norton and go to Settings → AntiSpam.
2. Select the Allowed List tab and click Add.
3. Enter fomo-finance.beehiiv.com and click OK / Apply.

McAfee SpamKiller

1. Open SpamKiller and go to Friends.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter fomo-finance.beehiiv.com and save.

SpamAssassin

Add fomo-finance.beehiiv.com to your whitelist by editing your user_prefs file (or via your host’s control panel) and adding a line:

1. whitelist_from *@fomo-finance.beehiiv.com
2. Save the file and restart SpamAssassin if required.

Is your email client or spam filter not listed?

If FOMO Finance is being filtered, try adding fomo-finance.beehiiv.com to your Address Book or Contact list.

If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder, contact your ISP or spam-filter provider and ask how to whitelist fomo-finance.beehiiv.com.
